Billing FAQ

What Payment Types do you Accept?

Using Stripe, we accept all major credit cards and debit cards - including Amex. If there is a payment type that you wish to use but isn't supported, please email hello@turboapi.dev and we'll try to sort something out.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes! All invoices are available through the Settings page when you login.

Will my credit card be safe?

Yes! TurboAPI doesn't store any of your payment details, we leave all that complex stuff to Stripe. They are fully PCI compliant and power most of the webs payments systems.

If I cancel, do I get a refund?

Currently TurboAPI prorates any part of the subscription that was not used. In other words, if you pay for your subscription on the 1st but cancel on the 15th, you'd receive 50% back.

Can I change my plan later?

You can always upgrade via the Settings page when you login. You can also downgrade your plan but this will mean we pause monitoring if you exceed the usage provided by that plan.

Do you offer open source or education discounts?

Yes! Simply email hello@turboapi.dev and we'll sort out your subscription. In the meantime, sign up for the free plan!

What's a monitor?

A monitor is a type of periodical check on the API endpoint, or End-to-End system that you configure.

How do I delete my account?

We'll be sad to see you go! But, if you chose you want to remove all data stored by TurboAPI, simply email hello@turboapi.dev.
